Hello Abuja, there are a few NEW places popping up all over town, and here's another one.
MeanTime Lounge. Club - Shisha - Grill
It shares the same compound as Xscapade Lounge, not sure if they're run by the same management though. There's also a food place outside that offers a peculiar seafood selection. And more to be added.
