Kakadu the Musical, directed by Kanayo Chike Omo, is named after the famous 60's Lagos nightclub, captures the excitement and possibilities birthed in era of wonderful music and distinct social life following the birth of a young nation.

A musical play set in the post independent era of Lagos - A time of the "twist" in Nigeria, Kakadu was the place to be, the place where it was all happening; you could not come to town and not go to Kakadu to party. It is a tale of love, passion, friendship and the absence of tribal boundaries that are a bane amongst all today.
